For a client opportunity, we are seeking an Expert in Planning & Financial Performance Reporting with German language skills to join a Planning & Performance Reporting team based in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role is central to supporting financial reporting and performance monitoring activities while identifying areas for process improvements. Key responsibilities include:
- Executing tasks on schedule to ensure efficient service delivery, addressing open issues proactively.
- Applying process standards and procedures consistently.
- Collaborating with team members and finance stakeholders to deliver performance data and reports in a timely manner.
- Identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Maintaining high-quality process documentation.
- Governing and compiling standard reports, preparing dashboards, and maintaining KPIs.
- Conducting KPI reporting and managing project-controlling master data attributes.
- Ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Supporting the Service Delivery Lead in additional activities.
- Promoting the company’s culture and best practices within the team.
An experience that matters: Your Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning, Reporting, or Controlling.
- Experience in near-shore transitions, shared services, or business process outsourcing.
- Strong knowledge of finance, reporting, and KPIs/performance management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with effective time management.
- Detail-oriented with a structured, proactive approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, creating dashboards, and using reporting tools.
- Familiarity with SAP, HFM, BI tools, and strong MS Office skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
