For a client opportunity, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager with strong recruiting expertise and people management skills. This role is essential in leading talent attraction efforts, enhancing the candidate experience, and supporting business growth across Europe and Africa. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing, coaching, and inspiring a team of Talent Acquisition professionals to ensure peak performance.
- Partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs and providing strategic guidance on recruitment solutions.
- Contributing to the development of a world-class Talent Acquisition function and ensuring compliance across recruitment stages.
- Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract top talent and expand candidate reach.
- Handling high-priority and high-volume searches to ensure successful placements.
- Building relationships with universities, trade schools, industry agencies, and networks to develop talent pipelines.
- Leveraging agency resources strategically to complement internal talent acquisition efforts.
- Continuously evaluating and optimizing recruiting processes while staying informed on recruitment trends and techniques.
- Identifying bottlenecks in the recruitment process and enhancing candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Ensuring a smooth transition into pre-boarding and onboarding stages.
An experience that matters: Your Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a multinational environment.
- 2-3 years of experience in a people management role.
- Proven ability to develop and implement recruiting strategies effectively.
- Expertise in a range of talent attraction and sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and campus recruitment.
- Experience with executive search.
- Ability to thrive in a global, multicultural environment, working with stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills for managing dynamic, fast-paced recruiting needs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
