Senior Expert Invoice-to-Pay with English

For a client opportunity, we are seeking a Senior Expert in Invoice-to-Pay with English language skills to join the Finance team. This role focuses on efficient processing of financial transactions, compliance, and collaboration with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

• Executing tasks on time and proactively resolving open issues.
• Applying process standards and recommending improvements for optimal efficiency.
• Collaborating with team members and Finance stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Processing purchase order (PO) and non-PO invoices, ensuring legal compliance.
• Managing payment runs, processing transfers, and handling document archiving.
• Performing month-end closing activities, including tax reconciliation and sub-ledger closing.
• Delivering services within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Supporting the Service Delivery Lead with additional activities as required.
• Promoting the company’s culture and best practices within the team.

An experience that matters: Your Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, ideally within shared services or business process outsourcing.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes in Invoice-to-Pay/Accounts Payable.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in invoice handling, validation, and ERP data entry.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable processes, including vendor management and payment reconciliation.
• Ability to match purchase orders with invoices accurately for compliance.
• Understanding of SAP and other Finance systems, along with strong MS Office skills.
• Fluent in English.
