For a client opportunity, we are seeking a Database and Application Support Specialist to join an international team. This role provides enterprise-level technical support for an American software company specializing in intelligent automation and digital workflows. Key responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of business customer issues, providing resolutions via phone, web, email, and ticketing systems.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving application and configuration-related issues.
- Communicating complex technical issues effectively to customers and internal teams (product management, software engineering, sales, and quality assurance).
- Guiding associate Technical Support Engineers and escalating customer issues to senior support when necessary.
- Participating in regular team meetings and preparing test systems to replicate user issues.
An experience that matters: Your Skills
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise-level technical support.
- Proficiency with backend languages such as Java, .NET, or Python.
- Experience in database support (SQL or Oracle).
- Familiarity with ERP solutions and/or financial applications (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and application servers (e.g., WebLogic, JBoss).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to work on a US shift (3pm-0am).
