Senior Expert Planning & Performance Reporting with German

For a client opportunity, we are looking for a Senior Expert in Planning & Performance Reporting with German language skills to join a finance team focused on performance reporting and planning. Based in Sofia, Bulgaria, this role is essential in ensuring the efficient delivery of financial data and reports while driving process improvements. Key responsibilities include:

• Executing tasks on time to support efficient service delivery and addressing open issues proactively.
• Applying and maintaining process standards and procedures.
• Collaborating with team members and finance stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of performance data and reports.
• Identifying improvement areas and recommending solutions to optimize process standards and efficiency.
• Maintaining high-quality process documentation and compiling standard reports.
• Preparing dashboards, maintaining KPIs, and conducting KPI reporting.
• Managing project-controlling master data attributes and ensuring service delivery within SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinating and following up with internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Supporting the Service Delivery Lead with additional activities.
• Promoting the company’s culture and values among the team.

An experience that matters: Your Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning, Reporting, or Controlling.
• Experience in near-shore transitions, shared services, or business process outsourcing.
• Strong finance knowledge with an understanding of reporting, KPIs, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and strong time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with a structured approach to tasks.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and creating dashboards for real-time insights.
• Experience with SAP, HFM, BI tools, and advanced MS Office skills.
• Fluency in both German and English.
